What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-above) energy healing practice that works by encouraging the flow of life force energy—known as ki or chi—throughout the body. When this energy is low or blocked, we’re more likely to feel tension, fatigue, or imbalance. Reiki helps clear and rebalance this energy, allowing the body and mind to relax, release, and restore.

Originally developed in Japan, Reiki supports your body’s natural ability to heal by creating a space of deep peace and energetic alignment. It’s subtle, yet powerful.

What to Expect?

Each session begins with a short conversation to set your intention. You’ll then lie fully clothed on a massage table while I gently place my hands either directly on or just above your body, allowing energy to flow where it’s most needed.

You may feel warmth, tingling, emotional release—or simply a sense of calm and stillness. Every session is unique.
