This creates deep mental relaxation, decreases stress & anxiety, lowers heart rate & blood pressure. The entire body relaxes and participants feel rested as if they have taken a nap.Experience the gentle touch of Reiki as our certified practitioner directs healing energy to various parts of your body. Reiki can help release energetic blockages, reduce stress, and promote a sense of overall balance.Participants should arrive to class a few minutes early to get settled for the session.Things you need to bring to session:
– yoga mat (we have a couple at the store if you forget to bring one)
– a small pillow to rest your head
– light blanket
– Eye mask
Everyone will get a chance for a small Q/A session at the end of the event. -
