Acupuncture Sound Bath – Friday, February 27th at 6:30 PM
$55.00Sound bath uses instruments like crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, drums, chimes, gongs, etc The frequencies they produce work on the nervous system to take the participants out of “fight and flight” and engage the parasympathetic nervous system. This creates deep mental relaxation, decreases stress & anxiety, lowers heart rate & blood pressure. The entire body relaxes and participants feel rested as if they have taken a nap.
Acupuncture has been shown to calm the nervous system, alleviate stress, and reduce stress hormones. It triggers the release of endorphins, the body’s natural pain-killers. Ear seeds can be alternatively used for those who prefer. Come to relax and unwind with us.
Participants should arrive to class at least 15 minutes early to sign the waiver for the session.
Things you need to bring to session:
– * yoga mat (we have a couple at the store if you forget to bring one)
– a small pillow to rest your head
– light blanket
– Eye mask
Everyone will get a chance for a small Q/A session at the end of the event.* There will be a limited number of zero gravity chairs for those who indicate a preference in the notes – priority is based on your registration order.

Experience the gentle touch of Reiki as our certified practitioner directs healing energy to various parts of your body. Reiki can help release energetic blockages, reduce stress, and promote a sense of overall balance.
