In this class, we focus on the seven energy centers, or chakras, within the body, each associated with different aspects of our being. Through a dynamic flow of yoga poses, breathwork, and meditation, we work to unlock and balance these energy centers, promoting a sense of inner peace, vitality, and alignment. Beginning with grounding techniques to center the mind and body, we gradually move through sequences tailored to awaken and activate each chakra, from the root to the crown. As we flow through the poses, we cultivate awareness of the energy flowing within us, encouraging release of blockages and fostering a deep sense of connection to ourselves and the universe. With each session, you’ll leave feeling rejuvenated, balanced, and more in tune with your inner self. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, “Chakra Harmony Flow” offers a supportive space for exploration, growth, and self-discovery.     Reiki Sound Bath

    Sound bathing uses instruments like crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, drums, chimes, gongs, etc The frequencies they produce work on the nervous system to take the participants out of “fight and flight” and engage the parasympathetic nervous system. This creates deep mental relaxation, decreases stress & anxiety, lowers heart rate & blood pressure. The entire body relaxes and participants feel rested as if they have taken a nap.
    Experience the gentle touch of Reiki as our certified practitioner directs healing energy to various parts of your body. Reiki can help release energetic blockages, reduce stress, and promote a sense of overall balance.
    Participants should arrive to class a few minutes early to get settled for the session.
    Things you need to bring to session:
    – yoga mat (we have a couple at the store if you forget to bring one)
    – a small pillow to rest your head
    – light blanket
    – Eye mask

    Everyone will get a chance for a small Q/A session at the end of the event.
